Hi bro, was in your situation before and understand your state of panic now. However at this stage we can only look forward, try to think clearly with your big brain and play by ear. Don't because panic, think it's the end of your marriage and the world then confess everything.

Not sure when your wife's STI/STD tests would be taken and how long the results would come back, but I would highly suggest that at the soonest possible, make an appointment with DTAP or Tanjong Pagar got 1 clinic, whatever clinic that does anonymous HIV and STD/STI testing, go down and do tests for yourself. Damage should be around $300++ up to even 600 or more depending on how comprehensive you want to test for. I believe HIV and Syphilis results will be out within 30minutes, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia results will be about a week or so. They will email to you if all negative (remember to keep your phone email notifs off), or will call you if positive.

Hopefully all results come back negative and you can rest assured and peacefully reassure your wife. Unless her test comes back positive instead la... but hopefully not too.
