Once you operate one, the fun and thrill isn't there anymore.

In fact become worse as your license and activity is under strict Anti-Vice rules and constant supervision.

I also thought of opening it but the licence and rental is expensive. Licence fee I guess cfm expensive as the gov don't give shit about this biz much. China pimps quite easy to source but need to find trusted one will be quite tough abit. Gain experience and become like Tommy that has good a scout.

How would I know? Definitely is better than a worker being paid a fixed low salary that also need to see boss, customer face and also will face siao lang customer and still get shit pay. Colleagues play backside etc.

GL legal brothels are a dying trade.... if you are really interested to be in this trade.... better off to start your own stables.

The pros and benefits are much better than operating a legal house in GL. Their golden era has gone and it is now a sunset industry there.

The margins for OKT is low. minus rental, staff, bills etc, unless you are lucky to have angpais, or else your net profit may be same as a GRAB driver fulltime. Only those houses with 12 rooms and 14 WLs, the OKT can earn money, but not millionaire overnight. Those with 5 rooms, very difficult to be millionaire. The figures can be worked out easily.

Okt all low profile very cash rich one. That is why spent on luxury car. Most use cash pay even though got paynow scare got record. Cash is king as can report less earnings. Prc girls always wanna buy houses themselves as guys there are not reliable.
