A 46-year-old Singaporean man, who has sexual fantasies involving female wallets, was arrested again for theft, Sin Chew Daily reported.

Luo Shun Qing pleaded guilty to four counts of theft on Wednesday, about a month after his release from prison.

The company director was attracted to women’s accessories since he was seven years old, when he loved to smell his sister’s belongings and panties.

Soon, he got addicted to the smell of female wallets. As he grew older, he stole the wallets and would then masturbate while looking at the photographs in the wallets.

He was jailed several times for theft since his first conviction in 1987.
